Aurélie Hélouis, a former senior officer and technical director in the French Navy, led over 80 jet engine technicians by the age of 24. After completing an MBA at McGill University, she founded InfinityQ in 2020, a Montreal-based company developing quantum-inspired optimization technologies to solve complex computational problems across sectors such as logistics and life sciences.

These two leaders are dedicated to empowering their teams and partners to achieve excellence while embodying the values of their respective companies. Selwa Rafi co-chairs TechnoChic, a group providing a safe space for women to share experiences and overcome professional challenges.
