- Kelsey Irvine: An Oscar and Emmy-nominated producer turned commercial director with 15+ years of experience in production, entertainment, marketing, and branding. Kelsey helps bring raw, honest stories to life for brands with a meaningful mission. She is also the CEO of Birch Babe, a female- and family-led company offering 60+ award-winning, certified all-natural, vegan, and cruelty-free skin, body, baby, and clean beauty products. Birch Babe’s mission is to help people make easy, sustainable lifestyle choices with approachable and effective products made from sustainably sourced, EcoCert, and Fairtrade ingredients, all packaged with low-waste and plastic-free solutions wherever possible.
